Calculator
What a no-show costs your club.
A no-show is an hour the club has already sold and cannot sell again. Multiply a small weekly rate by a year and it becomes a number worth fixing.
Your numbers
Count confirmed bookings that were not cancelled and not used. Four weeks of history gives a fair rate.

Questions
Reading the result
How do I measure my no-show rate?
Take four weeks of confirmed bookings. Count the ones that were not cancelled and not used. Divide by the total and multiply by 100.
Why does the calculator not suggest a typical rate?
Rates differ by sport, by hour, and by whether the slot was paid. A benchmark would hide the number that matters, which is yours.
What usually brings the rate down?
Card payment at booking, one clear cancellation window with automatic refunds, and a waitlist that resells cancelled slots. Reminders help less than people expect.
