Website and pilot terms
These terms govern your use of getlobby.io, product demonstrations, and no-charge evaluations of Lobby. Paid service is governed by the order form, service agreement, and data processing terms agreed with your club.
1. Using Lobby
You must be authorized to act for the club or organization you register. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lobby is currently offered to organizations serving adults. Do not use a pilot account to collect data about children or run youth programs unless we have agreed the required safeguards in writing.
2. Club responsibilities
The club controls its availability, prices, cancellation and refund policies, taxes, customer messages, and the lawfulness of the data it uploads. The club is responsible for its services to players and for honoring bookings sold through its Lobby storefront.
3. Payments
Player card payments are processed through the club's connected Stripe account. Stripe's terms and processing fees apply to that relationship. Lobby charges the club for software and does not promise that a payment, refund, dispute, or payout will succeed.
4. Evaluations and paid service
We may change, suspend, or end a demonstration or no-charge pilot. Before a paid rollout, the parties will confirm the plan, currency, taxes, service scope, privacy roles, support, and any renewal or cancellation terms in writing. Nothing on the marketing site is a binding service-level commitment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Lobby to break the law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, send unlawful communications, or process data you are not permitted to use. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, clubs, or players.
6. Service and liability
Evaluation access is provided as available and may contain defects. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from evaluation use. Any warranties, limits, indemnities, and governing law for paid service belong in the signed agreement.
Lobby does not provide legal, tax, accounting, accessibility, or safeguarding advice. Clubs should obtain advice appropriate to their location and operations. Our own accessibility target and feedback route are described in the accessibility statement.
7. Governing law and disputes
These website and pilot terms are governed by the law of the place where the contracting entity named below is established. Governing law and venue for paid service are set in the signed agreement.
Before going to court, contact us and we will try to resolve the matter within 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits consumer or other rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you, including the law of your state if you are in the United States.
8. Privacy and contact
Our privacy notice explains how we handle information when you visit the site, request a demo, or use a pilot. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
The contracting legal entity and address will be identified in the club's order form.
