Privacy notice

This notice explains how Lobby handles personal information when you visit getlobby.io, ask for a demo, or use a Lobby pilot. A club may provide an additional notice for the player information it controls.

1. Information we handle

We handle contact and account information, club details, demo requests, support messages, device and security data, and the actions needed to operate your account. In the product, this can include player contact details, bookings, attendance, and payment status supplied by a club or player.

Stripe receives payment details when a card payment is made. Lobby uses payment references and status; it does not need to store full card numbers or card security codes.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide and secure the service, create accounts, respond to requests, support clubs, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We use marketing communications only where permitted, and you can opt out of them.

3. Clubs and Lobby

A club decides why player information is collected for its bookings and operations. For that information, the club is the business or controller and Lobby acts as its service provider or processor under the applicable customer agreement. Lobby separately controls information used for its own accounts, security, billing, and website operations.

4. Providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, communications, monitoring, and customer support; to a club whose service a player uses; during a corporate transaction; or where law and safety require it. Providers are limited by contract and receive only the information needed for their work.

Lobby does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Location and retention

Our providers may process information in the United States, Europe, and other locations where they operate. Contractual and technical safeguards are used where required for an international transfer. We retain information for the account or service relationship and then only as needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, and documented backup cycles.

6. Choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may also appeal a denied request where state law provides that right. We will verify requests and will not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

If your request concerns information held for a club, contact that club first; we will help the club respond. For Lobby-controlled information, email [email protected]. Authorized agents may also use that address. We will confirm any identity or authority needed to keep information safe.

7. Adults only during US pilots

Lobby's current US pilot scope is for organizations serving adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a US pilot. Clubs must not upload children's information unless a separate written launch plan and required safeguards are in place.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this notice as the service or applicable requirements change. A new date will appear at the top. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected]. The contracting legal entity and postal address are identified in each club's order form.
