No booking cut. Ever.
Lobby charges for software. It does not take a percentage when a club sells more court time or fills another class.
Lobby is the booking and operations layer for clubs that want modern technology without giving a marketplace control of the player relationship.
See the productThe problem
A marketplace can help discovery, but it should not be the only way a member can book, pay, or hear from the club. Operators need a direct system they can understand, price, and control.
The member list stays the club's · exportable at any time
Three principles
These are product constraints, not campaign lines. They shape what Lobby builds and what it refuses to monetize.
Lobby charges for software. It does not take a percentage when a club sells more court time or fills another class.
The booking domain, brand, Stripe account, and exportable member data stay with the operator.
Availability, access, payment state, and reporting have to be trustworthy before any surface can feel simple.
What that means in practice
Lobby should be judged by the boundaries in the product and the contract, not by a long company story.

Who is building it
Lobby started from a simple observation: the clubs with the most loyal players were using the software that treated them worst. The product exists to give those operators the same tools a marketplace keeps for itself, without the marketplace.

The long view
Players should remember the club, not the software. Staff should spend less time reconciling systems. Operators should be able to explain the money and the data without a diagram.
