Reviews
Reviews from players who actually played.
Only a player with a completed booking can leave a review, so every one of them is real. The club moderates and replies, and the reviews appear on the club’s own site, not a marketplace.
Illustrative review list: verified badge, star rating, the club’s reply, and a review held for moderation.
The problem
Reviews of a club live on maps and marketplace apps the club does not control. Anyone can post there, including people who never played, and the club finds out weeks later when a player mentions it.
- 01
A one-star review from someone who was never a customer, with no way to prove it.
- 02
Good reviews send players to the marketplace, where a rival club is listed one row down.
- 03
The club cannot reply, or the reply sits under a brand that is not theirs.

Questions
The plain answers.
Can anyone leave a review?
No. A review is tied to a completed booking, so only players who booked and played can write one. That is the verification.
Can we delete a bad review?
Staff can hide any review from the site and reply to any review publicly. Hidden reviews stay in the admin so the club keeps the record.
Do reviews go anywhere else?
No. They live on the club’s site and in the club’s admin. Lobby does not publish a directory or send reviews to a marketplace.
