Classes, packs, and instructors, with no court in sight.
A studio sells places in a class, not hours on a court. Lobby runs the roster, the class pack, the instructor rota, and the late-cancel rule from the same schedule, and never asks you to set up a court.

A week with Lobby
What changes, hour by hour.
06:45
Early class
The 07:00 class shows 14 of 16 places taken and 2 on the waitlist. A late cancel overnight gave one of them a place.
12:30
A substitution
The lunchtime instructor is ill. Staff swap in a cover instructor on the class and the roster gets an email and push notification.
Thu 18:00
Pack or membership
A member on an unlimited plan checks in, a drop-in pays by card, and a 10-class pack goes from 7 to 6.

Late cancels
The week’s report shows which classes filled, who cancelled late, and how many places went unused.
What matters most
The four things to look at first.
- ClassesCapacity, roster, attendance, and waitlist on every session, with an instructor swap when it happens.See classes
- MembershipsUnlimited plans, class packs with a balance, and paused memberships in one member view.See memberships
- WaitlistsA full class takes a waitlist. A freed place is offered to the next person with a short hold.See waitlists
- PaymentsDrop-ins pay by card at booking. Late cancels follow the rule you set, and refunds inside the window go back to the card.See payments
The objections
Fair questions, straight answers.
We do not have courts. Is Lobby still for us?
Yes. A studio sets up rooms and classes, not courts. The demo studios for yoga and pilates run without a single court, and the schedule reads as classes with places, not slots.
Our members book through the app we already have. Will they move?
Members go where the studio’s link goes. Staff can add anyone by hand in the first weeks, and the old tool stays read-only for lookup while the switch settles.
What about late cancels and no-shows?
You set the cancellation window. Inside it a cancel refunds to the card and offers the place to the waitlist. Outside it the pack credit or the fee is kept, and the report shows who cancels late.
