Run every site from one login, with the numbers side by side.
Two clubs across town, or six in three cities, each with its own courts, prices, and staff. Lobby keeps a schedule per site, a report across all of them, and one login for the owner.

A week with Lobby
What changes, hour by hour.
08:00
Site 2 opens late
The manager at the second site sets a 10:00 opening for a public holiday. The first site’s hours do not change.
Tue
Prices per site
The city-centre site runs a higher evening price than the suburban one. Each schedule shows its own price list.
Thu 19:30
Staff see their site
A front-desk member at site 1 sees site 1’s bookings and nothing else. The owner sees all of them.
Mon
One report
Occupancy and revenue per site in one table, with the group total underneath. Export the CSV for the accountant.
What matters most
The four things to look at first.
- BookingsA separate schedule per site, so a court at one site never shows in another.See bookings
- ReportsEvery site in one table, with per-site rows and a group total.See reports
- Custom domainOne domain for the group or one per site, each carrying the local club brand.See custom domain
- PaymentsA Stripe account per club, so each site’s payouts land where they should.See payments
The objections
Fair questions, straight answers.
Do we need one account per site?
One login, several sites. The owner switches between them and sees the group report. Each site keeps its own schedule, prices, staff, and Stripe payouts.
What does it cost with several sites?
Pricing is per club, a flat monthly software fee with nothing per booking. Each site starts on a free preview, so you can set up the second before paying for it.
Can staff at one site see the others?
Only if you give them the role. Staff roles are set per site, so a desk role at one site sees one schedule. Owners and group managers can hold a role at every site.
By sport
Each sport keeps its own rules.
