Your lessons, your players, and the court, on one schedule.
Whether you rent court time at a club or run your own academy, the problem is the same: matching your hours to a free court and getting paid before the lesson. Lobby shows court and coach together and takes the card at booking.

A new booking
A player books a private lesson for Thursday at 18:00. The court and the coach’s hour are taken together, paid by card.
Wed 17:00

Getting paid
Every lesson was paid at booking. The report shows the week by lesson and by player, and Stripe pays out to the account on file.

The objections
Fair questions, straight answers.
I am one coach, not a club. Is this too much?
The setup is a court or two, your hours, and a lesson price. Lobby pre-fills the rest, and the preview is free with no card, so you can try a week before paying anything.
I rent courts at a club that has its own system.
If the club runs Lobby, it gives you a coach role and your lessons sit on its schedule. If it does not, you can run your own schedule for the hours you rent and take payment yourself.
Will my players book online instead of messaging me?
Most do once the link is in the chat, because picking a slot and paying takes less time than a back-and-forth. You can still add a booking by hand for anyone who prefers to message.
